PUBG Mobile 0.14.0 update will be rolled out on August 14.
The new update will enable users to play as Zombies in a new Infected mode.
There is also a new character system.
PUBG Mobile developers are trying to keep things fresh for their online battle royale multiplayer title with new updates. The upcoming PUBG Mobile 0.14.0 update is all set to hit devices on August 14 and it will bring some new updates for the game like a new Zombie game mode and a new map. The title was also down for server maintenance today to prepare for the next update, which will be around 1.95GB on Android and 2.55GB on iOS. The update will be made available to download via Google Play Store and the Apple App Store on August 14. 
As mentioned, the PUBG Mobile 0.14.0 update will add a new Infection mode to the game, along with a new map. At the beginning of a game, players are randomly divided into zombies and defenders. While defenders can play as standard characters that can use firearms, players who turn into zombies can only use melee attacks but have some abilities that can be used after cooldown. This is an asymmetric PVP mode, where zombies can be revived after being downed by Defenders. However, Defenders that are killed by zombies will be turned into a zombie. zombies win if all the Defenders are infected but if one Defender survives, then the Defenders win.
Android Resources Extension Pack:
Reduced the size of Android installation package and added Resource Expansion Pack, which contains some rarely used equipment and resources that are displayed with a placeholder icon unless the Pack is downloaded.
